Return and Exchange Policy
*No cash refunds.
* You can request an exchange, contact us by sending us an email along with your Order ID. You can also visit Our outlet and purchase any product for the same amount. Please take your receipt with you.
* Please ensure that you send your request, regarding Return/Exchange, within 15 days of receiving your order. Any requests received after 15 days will not be entertained.
* Products purchased on sale or on promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods.
* Any item that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. Tags and labels of the product needs to be intact.
* If any item purchased at full price goes on sale it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
* Currently, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
* Please note that in case of credit card payment, you will receive your refund after the product has been returned and processed. Payment refund can take up to 15 working days from the time we have received returned goods.
