The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart is almost coming to an end on our screens, but the stakes could not get any higher as we prepare to say goodbye. As Alice deals with the aftermath of Dylan’s abuse, she also tries to get one step ahead and break the cycle that she’s seen throughout her life.
In an exclusive clip to Cosmopolitan, which you can check out above, Alice heads over to the station to try to report Dylan. However, she is surprised to hear that Dylan has already been there and claimed that she was the one who went after him. Even after she tries to note that she was the one who was defending herself from him, things take a further turn for the worse as more details are revealed.
The video continues to show Alycia Debman-Carey’s powerhouse performance as she brings the named character to life alongside co-star Sigourney Weaver, who plays her mother June Hart. Asher Keddie, Leah Purcell, Frankie Adams, Alexander England, Charlie Vickers, Tilda Cobham-Hervey, Sebastián Zurita, Alyla Browne, and Xavier Samuel round up the rest of the cast.
If you’re curious about what will happen next, Prime Video shared that, “Alice is pushed to physical and emotional breaking point, but by moving through the turmoil, and learning to love and forgive herself and her family, she gathers the strength to powerfully use her own voice.”
The seventh episode will also serve as the end of the miniseries, bringing the adaptation of Holly Ringwald’s emotional and captivating book to an end.
The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart finale will air on Friday, September 1 on Amazon Prime Video.
